When you visit Snowshoe Mountain , be sure to come by the Corduroy Inn complex to try the newly created Appalachia Kitchen. We offer quality farm-to-table meals with a great variety of choices. Chef Ed Shuttleworth, former Head Chef of Alpine Ristorante has answered locals' prayers for fresh innovative American food with an Appalachia flare.

Owners Kristin and David Billings have recently given the building a much needed renovation. The space was best known as the Red Fox restaurant run by Margaret Ann and Brian Ball between 1982-2006. The Billings family believes that the facelift of the property combined with the culinary   talents of Chef Ed will provide a new concept not found elsewhere on the mountain.
